Celebrating Service Above Self

On Monday night, October 6th, Rotary District Governor Paul Behm had the honour of presenting a Paul Harris Fellow Award with Sapphire to Carron Bourke of the Rotary Club of Phillip Island and San Remo.
This prestigious recognition was awarded in acknowledgement of Carron's outstanding community service, dedication to local volunteer projects, and tireless work in supporting charitable initiatives.

"As Rotarians, we live by the motto 'Service Above Self', and Carron truly embodies that spirit," said club President Gea Lovell.
"His dedication to helping others has made a significant impact on our community."

The Paul Harris Fellow Award, named after Rotary's founder, is one of Rotary's highest honours. The Sapphire signifies an additional level of distinction--recognising Carron as a repeat recipient who continues to make extraordinary contributions through Rotary service and community leadership.
